My old car, Lucy, had finally decided she wanted to show her age so she started being stuburn. Some mornings she wouldn't start so I could get to work or church. So I decided I had enough and broke down and bought me an early Christmas gift. Did all my research, bugged my poor sister Debbie to tears, searched differents places online, talked to a couple of dealers, talked to Wesley, searched again at differents places online, went to the dealers several times, and it finally payed off. Meet the new addition to my family. He doesn't have a name yet so for now he's 'The Cube'...names suggestions excepted!

Sickling
You know it's one thing when you are at work wishing you were sick so you would't have to be at work, but it's another when you really are at home sick. It is not fun at all! Sick all day yesterday and in bed for 90% of the day. I'd still be there right now if I didn't have to come to work. Sitting here being miserable is very enjoyable. HAHA...Oh well haven't done much all morning so I'm getting paid to sit here lol I'm making this day 'Blah Thursday'...anyone have any complaints today is the day to share them...Today and today only lol :)

It was so good with dessert from Paula Deen (aka Debbie Sue). Arilynn really enjoyed the ice cream the most (SHOCKER) and Mr. Weston just had fun laying in his car seat. Weekend Wildness
My weekend started out staying up late and waiting for my visitors to arrive. I finished cleaning my house then waited. Waiting...waiting...waiting.... Did I mentioned I spent a lot of time waiting/sleeping. LOL Well they finally get there around 12:30 am, carted their stuff in, and we started to settle down getting things in line. Then as all teenage/young adult people like to do...off we went to Steak N Shake. At 2 am and there is still lots of people there. People that I thought looked old enough to be my grandparents. We had so much fun laughing and enjoying our shakes. "Check Please" lol our poor waitress I'm sure was ready for us to leave. Later we went back to my place for an all night movie fest. Which ended up being taking showers, and watching 5 mins of the movie before we all conked out. Needless to say 10:15 the next morning came way to early!
Sarah made a yummy breakfast of Watermelon, Strawberries, French Toast Casserole, and Orange Juice. Off to Bean Blossom we go an hour later. Taylor was in the talent search that they were having and she did an amazing job! God gave her such an amazing voice! After the contest we walked some through Brown County...I wanted to buy buy buy everything I saw, but as a poor girl must do...window shop. 4:30 came way to fast and onward back up the winding road we go to Bean Blossom.
The Perry's, Legacy Five, and Gold City all did an amazing job. One min we cried the next we were laughing as every group joked with each other on stage. It was such a laid back concert. Sitting in the 3rd row to the front was an awesome seat. Needless to say like every teenage/young adult I now have a crush on one of the singers. (picture of him and I in a later post) It was a very long enjoyable concert I didn't want to end, but as all things must come to an end 11:30 came way to quickly! Home at 12 am, bed, and then up at 8:30 to head to church.
It was a busy busy weekend, but I would do it all over again if I had the chance.

Weigh in Day
Well Tuesday was weigh in day. I wasn't really looking for a good number. It's hard to watch points when you go to a buffet! But all my hard work payed off! I lost 4.2 lbs! That makes a grand total of 8.4 lbs! I'm really starting to like this diet thing. Wait......did I just say that?! That doesn't sound like me. Oh well I'm doing it and maybe in the end I'll look good! Hahahahahahahah *choke cough* Oh I better be careful what I say! ;-)
Well on a lighter note I'm so ready for the weekend! Girls movie night Friday night, shopping in Brown County Sat. morning and a Southern gospel concert Sat. night. So excited about who is all going to be there. My all time favorite, Legacy Five, will be there and I can't wait to hear/meet them. Hopefully I'll have some pictures to post after this weekend.
